Making Matters pop up shop,
Lion & Lamb Yard, Farnham
Together with 4 other Artists in Residence from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, I set up Making Matters in 2020. Its aims are 2 fold: enabling emerging and established artists to sell their work through our pop up shops and running community art projects.
Making Matters has run arts and crafts pop-up shops at the Lion and Lamb Yard in Farnham since 2020. The shop opens for 3 months a year, in the run up to Christmas. The shop hosts artists from multiple disciplines: ceramicists; painters; fine artists; jewellers; enamellists; mixed media artists; artists working in wood; glass artists; textile artists etc. The Farnham community are very supportive and, the name Making Matters is now synonymous with quality arts and crafts in this World Craft Town.
